SHUB was designed to serve as the operational backbone of the Sphinx ecosystem. The platform connects administrators, managers, and engineers through a unified dashboard that provides visibility into projects, tasks, studio performance, team management, and operational insights.
Operations teams relied on fragmented tools and manual processes to manage engineers, track project status, and coordinate studio activities. This resulted in poor visibility, communication gaps, delayed decisions, and inefficient resource allocation across teams.
Designed a centralized dashboard that consolidates project management, engineer oversight, task tracking, studio operations, analytics, and team collaboration into a single intuitive experience. The solution provides real-time visibility and actionable insights for faster operational decision-making.
The project began with understanding the operational structure of the organization and identifying the needs of both management and engineering teams. Through workflow mapping, information architecture planning, and iterative design exploration, I established a scalable dashboard framework that balanced large amounts of data with ease of use. Multiple concepts were refined to ensure the platform could support both current operations and future growth.
The final solution transformed SHUB into a centralized operational hub capable of supporting engineering management, project execution, and organizational oversight. By consolidating workflows into a single platform, the dashboard improved visibility across teams, simplified day-to-day management tasks, and created a stronger foundation for scalable operational growth throughout the ecosystem.
